Residential Loan Application
Thank you for your interest in working with Community Bank for a construction or home mortgage loan!
To apply, please click the "Get Started" button below. You will need to download, complete and save the application and submit via this online secure portal to the Loan Department.
Once you have submitted the application, a member of our team will contact you and request the following information in order to review your loan request:
- Last two years W-2s
- Last two years tax returns, if you are self employed
- One month of current pay-stubs
- Driver’s license copy for each applicant
Depending on the type of loan you are applying for, we may request additional information. We will run a credit report upon the receipt of this information. We look forward to working with you!
